For as long as you are a Fellow-in-Training outside the United States or Canada, your In-Training membership is free. Complete the In-Training membership application below and return it to Membership Services with a copy of your curriculum vitae (CV) and brief letter from your training program director verifying your involvement in the program. About the Application Please be sure to answer all questions completely and to the best of your ability. Include a current Curriculum Vitae (CV). Include a letter from your program director to include the following: Name of Applicant Training program name Start date and expected completion date of training Signature of program director About the Membership Process Once an application is received and considered complete, your account will be created. Three times a year, a list of new In-Training Members is sent to the Board of Directors for review.
